Pipeline Emergencies provides the responder with the components and the basic
response techniques for these critical infrastructures. Responders must be ready
with the information necessary to recognize the hazards and dangers and be ready
to respond in an effective manner. This program will help responders understand
the hazards, elements of the infrastructure, and how to respond to energy
infrastructure emergencies more effectively and safely, whether they are
intentional or accidental.
